GA Utility Markets Appliances Offline

ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta Gas Light, a natural gas distributor providing delivery service to 1.5 million consumers in Tennessee and Georgia, has elected Enercom, Inc., to provide its Internet application Energy Depot®, as part of its marketing strategy to deliver services to residential natural gas customers in Georgia.

Enercom is a developer and provider of Internet-based energy and water utility application software and customer Internet gateways.

“Our marketing objectives include retail energy marketing and customer care services,” said Johnnie Hinton, Atlanta Gas Light program manager. “Enercom’s software applications allow us to assist retail customers in managing their energy costs and will create a gateway for marketing gas appliances through their online Energy Mall.”
