Models 42RC and 36RC ceiling cassette systems have been added to the Halcyon line. The 42,000-Btu and 36,000-Btu mini-split heating-cooling systems have the Slender-Fit feature, which enables the cassette housing to be moved downward into the room by 1-3/8 inches, requiring only 9-7/8 inches of clearance above the ceiling. A seven-blade fan is designed to increase output while producing lower noise levels, the company says. Halcyon cassette models have a long-life filter and easy-to-clean housings with flat surface grilles and plastic flaps, states the manufacturer.
