A new line of ductless split systems is now available. All models in the line exceed the 13 SEER standard and one-third of the units in the line has ratings that range from 16.5 to 19 SEER. The units use R-410A refrigerant. Multizone systems include dual-, tri-, and quad-zone configurations featuring advanced inverter technology. The inverter technology optimizes efficiency by allowing a single outdoor condensing unit to provide precise cooling capacity for up to four individually controlled indoor units with customized comfort set points. Ideal applications include home zone cooling, small businesses, retail buildings, room additions or renovations, home offices, computer rooms, and some warehouse buildings, said the manufacturer.
