WACO, Texas - The Dwyer Group Inc. announced the recent acquisition of a building in Waco to add 10,000 square feet of office space to its existing corporate headquarters. The Dwyer Group is expanding to provide additional accommodations for its rapidly growing personnel. The building, located at 524 W. Waco Drive, is in close proximity to the corporate headquarters and will be known as “The Outpost.”

“The decision to acquire additional office space shows our commitment to our employees,” said Debbie Wright-Hood, chief administrative officer for The Dwyer Group and renovation chief for the building. “Once completed, the new office building will serve our growing staff better.”

The Dwyer Group’s corporate headquarters currently houses 250 associates. The new 10,000-square-foot office building will accommodate the company’s accounting department and ZorWare, Inc., a subsidiary technology company of The Dwyer Group.

The Dwyer Group is making renovations to the space and plans to occupy the new building in early July.
