Watsco Inc. (Miami) announced its board of directors has declared regular quarterly dividends of 10 cents per share on both its common stock and Class B common stock. The cash dividends were payable on Nov. 1 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 15.
Honeywell (Morris Township, N.J.) announced third-quarter earnings per share of 43 cents, an increase of 3 cents or 8 percent over the prior year.
