A new media air cleaner product line offers high-efficiency whole-house filtration. Available in two sizes, both use MERV 11 media to trap particles as small as 1 micron in size. Replacement filters are designed to fit standard media air cleaner cabinets. The 1,400-cfm size is 16 by 25 by 5 inches. The 2,000-cfm model is 20 by 25 by 5 inches. The media is electrostatically supercharged for better efficiency and longer life. It is also moisture resistant and will not support the growth of bacteria or microbes. The MERV 11 pleated media has enough capacity to work up to six months before replacement while maintaining efficiency and arrestance ratings in compliance with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Standard 52.2.
