Feb. 6, 2008: PriceEnergy Enters Agreement With Service Experts to Provide HVAC Service

ROCKAWAY, N.J. - PriceEnergy announced that the company is now offering heating and air conditioning service to its heating oil customers through an agreement with Service Experts Inc. The service is open to PriceEnergy’s customers in portions of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, but will be expanding after an initial introductory period.

“Heating and air conditioning service has been the No. 1 most requested service from our customers,” stated John Vrabel, president of PriceEnergy. “We are delighted to offer our customers not only quality HVAC service, but to do so with a company of the stature of Service Experts.”

Through a multi-year agreement with Service Experts, PriceEnergy’s customers are now able to place online orders for maintenance agreements, precision tune-ups, new home comfort and air quality equipment, and more, just as they have ordered heating oil for their homes and businesses. The service will be performed by Service Experts’ NATE-certified service technicians. According to the company, its technicians are trained to critically evaluate all makes and models of heating and cooling equipment and offer the best solutions for ensuring indoor air comfort.

Service Experts Inc. (www.serviceexperts.com), a division of Lennox International Inc., consists of company-owned service centers providing heating, cooling, and IAQ sales, installation, maintenance, and repair service for the residential and light commercial markets across North America.

PriceEnergy (www.priceenergy.com), a leading e-commerce energy business with over 75,000 registered customers in the northeast United States, supplies heating oil and other fuels to residential and light commercial customers in New England and the Mid-Atlantic through its online ordering system.
