Feb. 4, 2003: Goettl Is Being Sold To Company’s Managers

PHOENIX — The president of Goettl Air Conditioning Inc., Dan Burke, has announced that he and corporate managers Jason Fairfield, Brad Morari, and John Ryan are purchasing the company from investor David Murdock, who has owned the firm since 1977.

Burke stated that the new owners would keep the name Goettl and continue to operate in Phoenix.

The manufacturer of HVAC equipment has approximately 100 employees. It has been in operation since 1939.
