Feb. 22, 2007: PHCC Offers Maintenance Agreement Program

FALLS CHURCH, Va. - The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC) has unveiled a new maintenance agreement program available to PHCC members.

The CD-ROM-based PHCC Maintenance Agreement Program, originally developed by Quality Service Contractors, includes everything a contractor needs to set up, implement, and sell maintenance agreements to customers. For example, it includes tips on how to increase cash flow and profitability, establish long-term customer loyalty, and lower overhead costs. To order the new program, contact PHCC at 800-533-7694.

“This is just the first of several new products and services PHCC will offer throughout 2007,” said Cindy Sheridan, PHCC membership director. “Each item will focus on improving the contractor’s business - either through increased revenue opportunities or reducing their cost of doing business. At the same time, each product and service offering represents an opportunity for our state associations and local chapters to generate revenues for their respective organizations.”

PHCC provides legislative advocacy, education, and training to more than 4,000 plumbing and HVACR businesses and 80,000 technicians. Go to www.phccweb.org for more information.
