Feb. 12, 2010: Superior Radiant Products and GoGaS Form Alliance

STONEY CREEK, Ontario - Superior Radiant Products (SRP) announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with GoGaS Goch GmbH & Co. KG, a prominent German manufacturer of infrared heating equipment.

SRP will begin marketing the GoGaS High Efficiency Heater KMI Novus to the North American market. GoGas will in turn start to market Superior Radiant Products infrared heating equipment into its regional markets including Russia. Kevin Merritt, president of SRP, commented “We are excited about the prospects of introducing European heating technology into the North American market. Europe has, for a long period, been more advanced in high-efficiency heating requirements and now that North America is placing more priority on reduced emissions, we feel the timing of this alliance is very good.”

According to the companies, the alliance will provide synergies in terms of product lines and markets. GoGaS has a subsidiary company in Russia and SRP recently incorporated a subsidiary company in China. The firms said the alliance will provide a broad product line of high-efficiency infrared equipment into these markets in addition to Europe and North America.
