The Premix blower is designed for large commercial gas appliances. The company says the blower is an excellent choice for commercial boiler and water heater applications that require a blower to provide a constant air and gas mixture with input rates up to 2 MBtuh. Constant mass flow and full-range modulation can be achieved, states the manufacturer. The motor utilizes AC variable-speed technology to offer a design that provides the required airflows at the lowest sound levels, while maximizing blower efficiency, the company says. The variable-speed motor and speed controller provide a 5 to 1 turndown ratio, with optional customized turndown ratios available.
