Termomix valves are designed for hydronic heating applications in residential and small commercial installations, and provide a way to control the hydronic radiant floor temperature. They are available in three- and four-way patterns, in sizes ranging from 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches, in both cast iron and brass body construction, with NPT connections. The four-way brass valve is also available with solder connections, which eliminates the need for threaded adapters when using copper tubing, the manufacturer states. Designed for temperatures to 230 degrees F and 90 psi pressure, the flow direction in these valves is completely interchangeable, says the company.
