It can help supermarket operators prove that refrigerant recovery equipment has been maintained and can pull the necessary vacuum requirements and that a certified technician pulled the required vacuum, the manufacturer says. With ProAct, supermarket operators can document leak fixes and the tech who fixed the leak; record refrigerant cylinders that have been tested for leaks; track records of purchase, use, and disposal of all refrigerants; and receive automated alerts when leak trigger rates are exceeded, states the company.
