Proposal Maker is a software program for creating sales proposals and other sales-related documents. The program creates proposals automatically from equipment selection and cost comparison results obtained from Audit and Rhvac programs. Key results, such as savings and payback amounts, are automatically pasted in both text and graphic form into the proposal. Pictures of proposed equipment are shown as well. The user can utilize one of a number of ready-to-use proposal formats or create any number of custom formats. Proposal Maker also can print numerous support documents, such as customer referral letters, rebate forms, credit applications, and factory literature for the proposed products. The proposal documents can be printed in color and handed to the customer or made into PDF files and e-mailed.
