The Facility Maintainer™, version 1.0, allows multiple service professionals to record maintenance and repair information on their mobile devices, then merge the data into one service history back at the office. The software has menus that are preloaded with the most common types of cooling and heating equipment, manufacturers, and cooling and heating types. The service history data can be used to create customer reports using tools such as Word® or Excel®.
