The Inverter Phase Check has been introduced by EDC International to help contractor/installers diagnose an inverter-controlled air conditioner failure. The difficulty is knowing whether it’s the compressor or the inverter causing the fault. The Inverter Phase Check is designed to pinpoint which is faulty, saving hundreds of dollars in replacement parts and labor, says the company.
