Documents are scanned in and labeled using up to seven unique index values that are defined by the business. Users can retrieve documents using those index values or search by keyword, such as name, address, or project number. Files are stored indefinitely on the company’s network. New features include an automatic scanner detector, enhanced TIFF viewer, improved optical character recognition, and even greater data encryption.
