The SK401 is a NIST-traceable, water-resistant temperature recorder. It is housed in a secure Velox PBT NEMA 4X case and can record temperatures from -20° to 120°F in a seven-day recording time range. Used for industrial and food applications, including HACCP, the recorder is small enough so that it can monitor the inside of freezers and coolers.
