Dec. 30, 2010: Corrigo Offers Free Mobile App for WorkTrack Service Management Software

TUALATIN, Ore. - Corrigo Inc., a leading provider of mobile field service applications, has announced the availability of a free WorkTrack Service Management app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. According to the company, this release extends WorkTrack’s seamless QuickBooks integration to include native support for Advanced Inventory in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. This additional inventory support is included as part of the core invoicing module at no additional fee.

“Apple has made mobile work orders accessible to a whole new group of users,” said John Phillips, Corrigo CEO. “We are pleased to enable our subscribers to carry WorkTrack Service Management or Intuit Field Service Management ES wherever they go on the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.”

WorkTrack Service Management is a web-based SaaS (software as a service) product designed to help contractors better control their service operations, from work order creation and dispatch to getting paid. According to Corrigo, the new WorkTrack Service Management app delivers an easy-to-use interface for users in the field to receive, update, and complete work orders. Through this new mobile application, work orders are conveniently organized into categories based on company preferences. Seamless integration with the iPhone and iPad camera allows users to document work with pictures. GPS and Push technology ensure that office staff know where field users are and field users get work alerts immediately.

The new app adds to the BlackBerry and Windows Mobile options already available.

The WorkTrack Service Management application supports iPhone, iPad and iPod touch running OS 3.0 or later and is available for free from the App Store on iTunes at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/worktrack-service-management/.
