KENNESAW, Ga. - Carrier Corp.’s Automated Logic controls business, a leading designer and manufacturer of control systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and energy management of buildings, has acquired Logical Automation Inc., an independent controls contractor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
An Automated Logic dealer, Logical Automation designs, installs, and services building control systems and has a long record of technology leadership and a reputation for customer care, said Carrier.
