New England Fuel Institute’s (NEFI) Technical Training Center has announced that online training is now being offered via its Website on a wide range of customer service topics. Courses are applicable to any and all types of companies, it said. These are professional, point-for-point customer service training, “tips and techniques that can be invaluable for improving and maintaining excellent customer relations,” said NEFI.

There are a total of 21 different customer service topics included in the set. All topics are accessible for a single fee per user of $110 for NEFI member companies, $135 for non-members.

To review course content and try out two chapters free, visit www.nefi.com/training/onlinetraining.html; or go to www.nefi.com/training.
