Utility Conectiv (Wilmington, DE) has announced that it is selling its hvac and plumbing division, Conectiv Services, to concentrate on its core businesses. The company had formed Conectiv Services through the acquisition of over 20 contractors. The division lost $21.7 million in 1998 and $13.6 million in 1999.
