Contractor Strategies for Succeeding

TROY, Mich. - A microsite called Moving On - Thriving in Tough Times provides different strategies that contractors in various industries have put into practice to not only get through, but succeed, in the current economic crisis and the resulting construction downturn.

The site, www.bnpmedia.com/movingon, contains a slide show highlighting ideas that actual design, construction, mechanical, service and maintenance, engineering, and architectural companies are doing to succeed in this business climate. The professionals whose stories are told through video and words, according to the site, are “moving on” from recessionary thoughts using new ideas, superior customer service, great teamwork, and sheer guts. The site also showcases each firm’s story in written detail. Both offer chances to learn strategies that have been executed by companies to current real-world situations from businesspeople in numerous industries.

In addition, each visitor to the microsite has the opportunity to share his company’s “moving on” story. Directions can be found by clicking on the Submit Story link.

The microsite is hosted by BNP Media, the parent organization of The NEWS.
