Consolidators: ServiceMaster

ServiceMaster (Downers Grove, IL) has announced the pricing of a $250 million senior unsecured debt offering. The 8.45% notes were priced to yield 8.505% and are due April 15, 2005. The proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of the company’s borrowings.
