ComStar International Inc.: ACID TREATMENT
Acid Out neutralizes acid in an operating refrigeration system before and after compressor burnouts, says the company. Developed to be used with all types of refrigeration oils and refrigerants, with this product a technician only has to carry one acid neutralizer treatment instead of different neutralizers for different oils/refrigerants, the company says. The product can be used on hermetic and semi-hermetic compressors of all sizes. There are no residuals and it will not harm system components, says the manufacturer.
