The Collier Mobile Tech™ is a field service tech Tablet PC application. The rugged, military-grade Tablet PC provides techs with the ability to access a flat-rate book, directions to jobsites, technical diagrams, service videos, links to Websites, or sales presentations. In addition, technicians can send information to the office and receive instructions from the dispatcher or service manager. Upon completion of a service order, techs can send all job information back to the office, where it automatically interfaces with the accounting program, eliminating double entry of data. The system - including the flat-rate database - is completely customizable to the contracting company’s needs. Inventory control can be done on a real-time truck-by-truck basis.
