The ThermoPEX insulated pipe system is designed to maximize the efficiency of outdoor wood furnaces by transferring more heat from the furnace to the building(s) being heated. The PEX supply and return lines are centered in the insulation. The urethane insulation is enclosed in a thick, durable, waterproof, flexible protective jacket. According to the manufacturer, because ThermoPEX is a complete insulated pipe system, installation only involves decoiling and laying it into the trench.
