Calgary To Host RSES Conference
The Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) will hold its 67th Annual Conference and Exposition Sept. 29-Oct. 2 at the Westin Calgary Hotel in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. "Optimizing the Performance of Your Refrigeration or Air Conditioning System," by Dave Demma of Sporlan Valve Co. "The Slippery Synthetics," by Garth Denison of Sporlan Valve Co. "Pressure Regulators and How They Control The Refrigeration System," by Jeff French of Refrigeration Components Canada Ltd. "Troubleshooting and Maintenance for Variable Frequency Drives" by George Galea of Leeson Canada. "Phaseout of R-22: ACR Options for New Equipment and Retrofits," by Ted Gartland and Ron Vogel of Honeywell. "The Theory and Operation of Thermostatic Expansion Valves," by Steve Maxson of Parker Hannifin Corp. "Compressor Starting Problems," by Dennis Morgan of Kickstart.
In addition to handling matters of the society, the conference will include technical sessions on more than a dozen topics including:
Industry manufacturers will also showcase the latest technology in a day-long expo, and there will be "ask the experts" panels in which industry representatives will answer technical questions from the audience.
