The Ultra Silent™ humidity sensing fans and fan-light-nightlights - QTXE110S, QTX110SL, and QTXE110SFLT - have Sensaire® technology, which detects rapid increases in moisture levels at the ceiling. The fans turn on and off automatically to help prevent cosmetic and structural problems associated with excess moisture. The auto shut-off time is adjustable from 5 to 60 minutes. Beneath the drop-down grille are easy-to-adjust sensitivity and run-time controls. Preferences can be set with a screwdriver. The sensor also can be overridden at the touch of a switch. The 0.9-sone units have a rating of 110 cfm. The QTXE110SFLT uses fluorescent lighting and is Title 24 compliant.
