SARASOTA, Fla. — VenVest Incorporated, a consulting service for HVAC and plumbing home service companies, will begin recruiting businesses to serve on its Masters Alliance task force. According to VenVest, the goal of the alliance will be to work together to create a composite of the “best-of-the-best” policies and operating procedures. In return, each company will have the opportunity to use these guidelines and procedures to provide a uniform method of doing business.

“We believe the business insight provided by these very successful companies will be very sought after within the HVAC and plumbing industries,” said Jim Abrams, president and CEO of VenVest. “Respectively, each company is either first, second, or third in their market, has demonstrated double-digit growth, and showcased their commitment to superior customer service.”

Some of the topics to be covered to create a best practices manual will include service, accounting, promotion, public relations, and pricing.

“The Masters Alliance partners are tremendously successful for a reason,” said Abrams. “Each has a sound business model that breeds success and profitability. It is these practices we want our other customers to understand in order to become more successful themselves.”
