NEW ORLEANS - The second annual National HVACR Service Managers Forum will be held Oct. 1-2, 2009, at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans. The event is presented by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and The NEWS.
An expanded educational lineup features nine all-new breakout sessions taught by leading service managers, contractors, and industry experts. As a result of specific requests, three workshops will focus on commercial service.
The two-day event kicks off with a luncheon address about Constructive Confrontation from Larry Johnson, followed by breakout workshops such as: Hiring and Firing: From Start to Finish, Creating the Master Team for Lead Generation, and The 2-Faced Service Manager: Managing Both Residential and Commercial Service.
