Aprilaire Launches Contractor Website

MADISON, Wis. — Aprilaire, a manufacturer of indoor air quality products, is launching a new contractor Web site that allows customers access to technical documents and specifications, provides the ability to order literature online, and furnishes enhanced technical support through e-mail, says the company.

The site is located at www.aprilairecontractor.com and is organized by specific applications: Residential, Light Commercial, and Home Automation. It has been designed to provide on-the-spot information for products and installations.

“Our number one goal is to provide superior service to our contractors, and as a result help them build their business,” said Tom Rodgers, marketing director for Aprilaire. “Through this Web site contractors have immediate access to the technical information they need to get the job done.”

The site is officially live March 3, 2003, after which it will continue to expand to include additional application information, technical documents, selling tips, and other information needed to grow a contractor's business, the company says.
