Customers can send their instruments for verification, recalibration, and repair by obtaining a return material authorization (RMA) online at the website www.alnor.com. Click on “Service” at the top of the home page, select the online version, fill in the forms, and automatically receive the RMA number necessary for service.

Users can also download a PDF of the RMA form, fill in the blanks, and fax to 651-490-2874, and the authorization number will be faxed back to the requester.
