Aire Serv Part Of Consumer Magazine Launch

WACO, Texas - Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning and sister company Mr. Electric have teamed up to launch My Home Life magazine, a quarterly consumer publication for the companies' customers. The Winter 2004 issue, just published, is expected to reach approximately 100,000 people.

Doyle James, president of Aire Serv, told The News that plans are being made for an even larger distribution. "Starting in the first quarter of 2005, we will have quarterly issues representing 200,000 up to 500,000 pieces as more of the Dwyer Group companies join in," he said. "Our independently owned franchise locations will have the ability to add inserts specifically in their market such as magnets, video CDs, special offers, and more."

James added there is a "secondary benefit of the magazine that is probably the most compelling benefit of all. The Dwyer Group is made up of six franchise concepts and an associate company, all of whom serve the same customer. As the other Dwyer Group franchise concepts participate in the publication, the total number of pieces delivered into the market increases, creating a tremendous cross-marketing opportunity."
