Aceto Corp.: Condensate Pan Biocide



The biocide Anti-Clog #1 eliminates slime, mold, and bacteria and keeps condensate drain pans free flowing. The timed-release biocide is designed for equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, fan coil units, and rooftop units. According to the manufacturer, it is an Environmental Protection Agency-registered product that has been laboratory tested and proven to kill 99 percent of Legionella. It lasts for three months. Four sizes are available: the slim strip for units up to 3 tons, the FT/C for units up to 5 tons, AT/C for units up to 15 tons, and The Brick for units up to 45 tons.
