Course Description: The two-day course is aimed at taking the mystery out of VAV systems. Students will learn how to assemble a system, understand the function and generic nature of the components, make proper adjustments to achieve maximum efficiency, troubleshoot common problems, go beyond the manufacturers’ box instructions, and apply this knowledge in the field. Interfacing pneumatic and electronic controls will be discussed. This workshop is hands-on, bringing the ductwork from the ceiling to the table top, teaching attendees how to assemble controls systems from the ground up.
