Enhancements have been made to Model SRCM room pressure and condition monitor. The CE-compliant Model SRCM is designed to measure and evaluate positive, negative, or neutral air pressures per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines within a variety of pharmaceutical, hospital (operating room and airborne infection isolation room), semiconductor, laboratory, vivarium, and clean room environments. Its construction combines the patented, low-capacitance sensing technology with the latest in electronic circuitry design for a unit that offers highly accurate pressure measurements and a simple, intuitive user interface with clear display of readings. Initial installation and setup costs are reduced by allowing for flush mounting in an off-the-shelf three-gang electrical box. The flush-mount design allows for easy cleaning. True differential pressure is able to be measured and displayed with configurable resolution to 0.0001 inches of wc. In addition to pressure, the monitoring and display capabilities of the SRCM now include temperature, humidity, and other user-defined (e.g., CO2, Lux) parameters. Units feature configurable analog 0- to 5-vdc and 0- to 10-vdc outputs, as well as 4-20 mA output in pressure ranges from ±0.05 to ±5 inches wc, with 0.5 percent full-scale accuracy. Optional 0.25 percent accuracy is available upon request, with BACnet® protocol available as an option or field upgrade.
