ATLANTA - Service Professional Group (SPGroup), an association of independently owned HVAC service companies, conducted its first Leadership Education and Development Seminar (LEADS). This annual international conference, conducted over three days, consisted of a one-day leadership conference and two days of industry-specific sales, supervision, and management training. Training topics included retrocommissioning, service supervision, and meeting facilitation.

In addition to this annual event, SPGroup conducts ongoing scheduled training throughout the year. Over 340 participants have been involved in more than 45 days of training conducted this year.
