Marshall Putman, president/owner of Pro-Air Services Inc. of Decatur, Ala., has won the 2009 Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, Baker-Cook-Jones Small Business Person of the Year award.

Pro-Air Services specializes in HVACR installation, maintenance, and repair services for industrial, commercial, and institutional customers in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Georgia.

The company is also a past winner of The NEWS’ “Best Contractor to Work For” contest for the South region.
