The Heritage® 20 heat pump is the newest member of the family of Heritage Hybrid™ comfort systems with AccuLink™ communicating technology. The technology digitally enables the heat pump to be automatically and properly configured to the indoor components. The heat pump, when paired with a Freedom® 80 or 95 communicating furnace, offers a Continuous Comfort-R mode for precise comfort and humidity control. It provides an efficiency of up to 20 SEER and has two-stage cooling. The Charge Assist™ feature automatically delivers the precise amount of refrigerant needed and then shuts itself off. The Allegiance® 20 air conditioning unit also offers the AccuLink and Charge Assist features. The system runs its own self-diagnostics to ensure the proper airflow for heating and cooling modes, as well as the correct heat source configuration, blower timings, and humidity control. Features include two-stage cooling, Spine Fin™ coils, and R-410A refrigerant. Both the heat pump and the a/c unit are available in 2- to 5-ton sizes.
