DALLAS — Lennox Industries announced several personnel changes that, according to the company, will allow the HVAC manufacturer to maximize opportunities in an evolving commercial market.

“These moves in our commercial sales organization will give us the focus we need to succeed in today’s changing market,” said Susan Herndon, vice president, sales, Lennox North America Commercial. “Lennox has a strong heritage of successful innovation thanks to our employees’ willingness to embrace change, and we are confident these changes will allow us to excel in these turbulent times.”

The following organizational changes go into effect immediately. In addition to his role as regional director, Northern Region, John Carino will take on additional responsibility for Lennox’s Magnum and Manufacturer’s Representative key initiatives. A new Canadian Commercial District is being created by merging the former Ontario district and the Western Canada district. The team members will report to Regional Director Nick Ennamorato. Chris Murray will take on the new role of sales manager, strategic service sales. He will report to Jeff Britain, director, national accounts. All national accounts directors will now report directly to Jeff Britain. The new position of field application consultant has been created to support the needs of specifying engineers and design-build organizations. The role will be filled by three of Lennox’s award-winning commercial consultants: Steve Donley, Rusty Brown and Jim Cavanagh. With the continued growth of strategic services, Craig McCarty and Michael Rice will take on roles as project managers, strategic services. John Whinery will oversee their team. Specialized commercial customer service support teams are being reorganized in Lennox’s corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas, to support both district sales and national accounts. Deborah Kauffman, director of commercial customer service, will lead the customer service initiatives.
