A set of temporary handles is designed for removing existing and installing new furnaces and/or water heaters from/to basements or attics. The handles allow the person backing up the stairs to be able to carry the product with correct posture to save backs, and in turn reduce workers’ comp claims. When carrying the old furnace out, attach each handle with 6 3/4 by 8 sheet metal screws. When carrying the new furnace in, the handles come with rachet straps. Simply strap the handles to the furnace and carry it to the basement or attic. When carrying a new or old water heater, straps are used for solid support. Screws or straps can be installed very quickly for safe and easy removal or installation.
