At the AHR Expo, Thermaduct introduced Thermatuff Phenolic Panels – a next-generation, ultra-lightweight solution for HVAC air distribution. Drawing on 20+ years of experience, Thermatuff is designed as a multipurpose phenolic panel for pre-insulated duct systems, full phenolic ductwork, and as a glueless liner for sheet metal ducts.
By standardizing on a single panel, contractors can streamline material selection, reduce installation variables, and improve project coordination. Thermatuff’s reinforced 80-micron facing enhances durability and thermal performance, while its compatibility with Thermaduct’s patented Airtruss system allows for mechanical insulation retention – eliminating the need for adhesives.
