Description: RenewAire has introduced the HE7X, a commercial energy recovery ventilator designed for flexible HVAC applications. The unit offers an airflow range of 1,750 to 7,700 CFM, bridging the gap between the existing HE6X and HE8X models. Engineered for commercial high rises, institutional buildings, and facilities requiring efficient outdoor air ventilation, the HE7X features:

• AHRI 1060-certified static plate enthalpy cores

• Totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motor options (3, 5, 7, or 10 hp)

• Standard MERV 8 filters, with optional MERV 13 upgrades

• Optional BACnet® fan control for building management systems

• Programmable control features including sensor operation, fan control, and environmental monitoring

• Available in indoor and rooftop configurations
