Service World Expo names speaker
Service World Expo officials have announced Tab Hunter, owner of The Surfin’ Plumbers, will speak at the conference, which takes place Sept. 7-8 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. His session is titled “The Five Blockers of Service Management Success: How to Destroy Obstacles to Accelerate Growth.”
“Tab’s success is nothing short of inspiring. This is a great opportunity to learn from his contagious dedication and motivated attitude,” said Vicki LaPlant, Service World’s vice president of marketing.
After growing a profitable plumbing business, Hunter added HVAC services and has since expanded into the corporate world where he’s developed business training programs, expo officials said. During his session, Hunter will share the exact process for increasing productivity without sacrificing customer service and other tips for growing business.
