The activities continue on The NEWS’ 2010 Dealer Design product microsite. The product giveaway is in full swing, and the Readers’ Choice bracket competition is beginning to heat up.

Jason Hochhauser, a seven-year veteran of Luxaire HVAC Services in Baldwin, N.Y., is the first winner of The NEWS’ 2010 Dealer Design Product Giveaway. He received the Sanuvox Saber GENIUS, an R+ in-duct UV air purification system.

“It is a cool prize and we are planning on installing it somewhere in the near future,” said Hochhauser. “Our company has installed a few of these type of systems from another manufacturer. It will be nice to see how a different product works in comparison.”

The next prize to be won is a Fluke 233 Wireless Remote Display Multimeter.

“With the new Fluke 233 Wireless Remote Display Multimeter, you don’t need the help of another person working the controls across the room or calling out readings from the top of the ladder,” said the company. “Troubleshoot, trace out wires, and see voltage drops without anyone else’s help.”

Users on the site can submit daily entries, which place them in a random drawing for the Fluke 233. The more entries submitted, the better the chances of winning. The winner will be drawn on Sept. 6 and announced in an upcoming issue of The NEWS.

After entering the product giveaway, users can take a moment to cast their vote for their favorite product in the 2010 Readers’ Choice Awards. The voting ballot changes every few weeks and the brackets are updated as results are tabulated. The final winner will be announced in October and the voting will continue until then.

There is a lot to do and see on the 2010 Dealer Design site and the activities continue.
