Has the HVAC contractor you work for created a positive work environment for yourself and other employees? Does the boss put an emphasis on training, communication, and rewarding employees for their hard work? If so, or maybe if you just want to get brownie points, nominate your company in the 2011 Best Contractor to Work For contest.

The NEWS is now accepting nominations for the contest. The goal of the contest is to recognize contractors who attract and retain qualified employees. Past winners have demonstrated that their work environment encourages growth, opportunity, recognition, education, and a winning attitude for all employees.

Four U.S. contractors and one Canadian contractor will be chosen to represent the best of the best. To enter, visit http://bestcontractor.achrnews.com and fill out the online form. The deadline for entries is Nov. 28. Winners will be announced in The NEWS’ AHR Expo show issue in January.
