The new Simplicity™ controls system with one-button network addressing enables technicians to set up, program, and monitor the performance of the company’s light commercial units easily and efficiently, says the company. Simplicity offers two-stage independent control on all two-stage equipment, the manufacturer states. Features include five-minute anti-short cycle delay; three-minute minimum compressor runtime; circuitry to control two independent air-handling units; high- and low-pressure controls for each circuit; factory-wired smoke detector; gas monitor for heat operation; and alarm recall, even after power failure. These control systems are standard, factory-installed equipment on the company’s Predator™ and Millennium® split systems, and Sunline Magnum™ rooftop units.
