The two-line duct design module is available for both Right-Suite™ Residential (RSR) and for Right-Suite™ Commercial (RSC). According to the company, once a building load has been generated, the suite automatically generates registers for each room with the required cfm’s. Designers can delete and add registers, as well as specify size and shapes of registers. Designers then either request an automatic layout system of a certain type or draw the duct system manually. Fitting symbols used by the RSR two-line module correspond to ACCA’s Manual D duct database of fittings, whereas the RSC two-line module’s fitting symbols correspond to ASHRAE’s duct database of fittings.
