Right-Suite Commercial converts commercial building floor plans into system proposals, complete with parts lists, the company says. It is an all-ASHRAE-based design package. The fully integrated program automatically implements the four main steps in the design process, says the company. The software starts with either CAD or manual floor-plan input, then automatically performs ASHRAE-based load calculations and ASHRAE-based duct sizing, before providing an automatically generated proposal. The Usage Scenarios feature combines all building usage information under a single category, such as office, warehouse, church, and 27 other usage types. Scenarios include 24-hour schedules, and users can invent their own special and regional types. This software can read and write AutoCad™, DWG, and DXF files.
